It depends on the opportunity. A product may be gifted, refundable or reimbursable under stated conditions, or offered through another arrangement. The product arrangement will be shown before you choose the opportunity.

Sales may be attributed through creator-specific links, promo codes, or both, according to the opportunity rules.

The attribution window and validation period are shown separately. A sale may be attributed within 30 days of an eligible tracked click. After confirmed order completion, the order remains in a 30-day validation period before approval. Approved earnings then follow the stated payout schedule.

A tracked order remains pending while the brand confirms completion, payment, cancellation, return, and fraud status. It becomes approved after the applicable validation process is completed.

Approved earnings should not be removed except where creatorSea establishes intentional fraud or manipulation.

Yes. Creators may run paid ads from their own accounts, subject to the opportunity rules, any brand restrictions stated in advance, and the advertising platform’s policies.

creatorSea uses submitted information to manage early access, contact creators, operate accounts and opportunities, verify activity, and administer earnings as described in the Privacy Policy.

Start with Affiliate Marketing: Creator Sales when your objective is measurable ecommerce sales through creator recommendations. Choose Influencer Campaigns when you need creators to publish through their own audiences for awareness, launches, traffic, or consideration. Choose Managed UGC by UG-SEA when you need creator-produced content for your own channels, ecommerce pages, or advertising.

Early-access brands receive additional platform features at no cost during the early-access period, lower commission rates, early onboarding support, and priority access to new features and pilot opportunities. Exact commercial terms are confirmed directly with each brand.

creatorSea agrees the total commission structure with the brand based on the product, price, margin, average order value, creator effort, and campaign objective. Creators see the applicable earning rate for each opportunity.

Only orders attributed according to the opportunity rules and approved after validation qualify. Cancelled, unpaid, returned, refunded, duplicated, or fraudulent orders may be rejected before approval.

Each creator can receive a unique tracking link, promo code, or both. The attribution method and attribution window are defined before the opportunity launches.
